Education Matters Registration

Registration Instructions:

1. Download and print registration form.
2. Please complete registration form as thoroughly as possible.
   Education Matters registration requests contact information for both students and parent(s).
   Education Matters registration requests information regarding previous test scores, test preparation, cumulative GPA and "schools of interest" in order to improve individualization of instruction.
3. Mail registration form and deposit to:
